Lately, the shortage of semiconductor chips in the world market has been increasing. Demand for this specialty has grown significantly as a result of recent corporate scandals.

Companies available in the market are currently unable to meet the demand for chips due to the increasing use of work firm homes as well as various digital devices. Just as petroleum was once considered the most valuable commodity, so is the importance of semiconductor chips.

Meanwhile, Pat Glaisinger, head of Intel, the world’s largest semiconductor chip maker, said the chip shortage would continue for another two years. He has estimated that the biggest impact will be seen in the second half of 2021.

“Such a situation in semiconductor chips is due to the increasing use of devices during Covid-19,” he said, “but even more so because of the ongoing trade dispute between the United States and China.”

He also said that the United States should continue to improve relations with China. He also mentioned that the current market demand could not be met immediately as it would take another two years to set up a new company and produce the chip.z
