The best time to visit the trek is from June to October with temperature ranging from 12℃ to 20℃.avoid visiting trek in monsoons due to slippery and muddy terrain and the chances of landslides. Wintertime is best to witness snow and to experience the chilly winters in the valley of Hampta.

To reach Hampta you need to take a bus from Delhi to Manali, Manali is well connected to all the major cities and the nearest airport is Bhuntar airport at a distance of 52km from Manali. The nearest Railway station is Joginder Nagar Railway station at the distance of 166km, you can easily get cab or Taxi from outside the airport.
